By accessing or using MuscleFLo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
You must be at least 13 years old to use MuscleFLo. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.
MuscleFLo provides tools for fitness coaches and clients to manage workouts, meal plans, progress tracking, check-ins, and communication.

MuscleFLo does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition program.
Participation in fitness activities carries inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for your use of the platform.
You retain ownership of content you upload, including workout logs, progress photos, notes, and check-ins.
By uploading content, you grant MuscleFLo permission to store and process that content solely for operating the service.
MuscleFLo includes a community feed where users may share workout activity, posts, and photos with other members of their trainer's community group.
By posting to the community feed, you grant other users in your group the ability to view and react to your content. You are solely responsible for what you choose to share publicly.
You agree not to post content that is offensive, harmful, misleading, or violates any applicable law. MuscleFLo reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
MuscleFLo provides direct messaging between trainers and their clients. Messages are private between the two parties and stored securely on our servers.
You agree to use the messaging feature only for lawful, fitness-related communication. Harassment, abuse, or misuse of the messaging feature may result in account suspension or termination.
MuscleFLo offers paid subscription plans for trainers, managed through Apple in-app purchases and RevenueCat. Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account. You may cancel at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. DreamsFlo LLC does not process refunds directly.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity occurring under it.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
MuscleFLo relies on third-party providers including Supabase, Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, and Expo Push Notifications.
Use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
MuscleFLo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
DreamsFlo LLC does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free from harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamsFlo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, inability to use, or reliance upon MuscleFLo or its services.
DreamsFlo LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate your access to MuscleFLo at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform, security concerns, unlawful conduct, or behavior that may expose MuscleFLo, its users, or third parties to harm or liability.
We further reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including removal of content, account suspension, permanent account termination, or cooperation with law enforcement authorities.
Termination or suspension may occur without liability to DreamsFlo LLC, including for any loss of access to content, data, or platform functionality.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of MuscleFLo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
