Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and DreamsFlo LLC ("we", "us") for your use of the MuscleFlo app. By using MuscleFlo, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MuscleFlo. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission.

What MuscleFlo provides

MuscleFlo builds workouts by body part, creates weekly plans, shows exercise demonstrations and lets you track your progress. Features may change over time as we improve the app.

Health and safety

MuscleFlo provides general fitness information. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor, physical therapist or certified trainer.

• Talk to your doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury or are pregnant.
• Use proper form, choose weights you can control, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
• You exercise at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety and for the equipment you use.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Apple or Google account secure. You can delete your MuscleFlo account at any time from Profile in the app.

Your content

You own the information you add, such as progress entries, notes and progress photos. You give us permission to store and process it only to run MuscleFlo for you. We don't share your progress photos with anyone.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use MuscleFlo for anything unlawful.
• Try to access other people's accounts or data, or interfere with the app's security or servers.
• Copy, download in bulk, scrape or redistribute the exercise library, demonstrations or other app content.
• Reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.

MuscleFlo Pro subscriptions

• MuscleFlo Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID (iPhone) or Google Play account (Android) when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before then. On iPhone, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends; Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• If a free trial is offered, you'll be charged when it ends unless you cancel before it ends (on iPhone, at least 24 hours before). Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• Manage or cancel in the store you subscribed with. iPhone: Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Android: the Google Play app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn't cancel your subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google Play under their policies. For Google Play purchases you can also contact us.
• If we change prices, Apple or Google Play will notify you as required, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

Exercise library and app content

The app, its design and the exercise library, including demonstrations and instructions, are owned by DreamsFlo LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use them inside MuscleFlo only.

Availability

MuscleFlo works offline for many features, and syncs when you're back online. We work to keep the app running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and some features need an internet connection.

Apple and Google

These terms are between you and DreamsFlo LLC, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for MuscleFlo or its content, and have no obligation to provide support for it.

If you got MuscleFlo from the App Store, your use of the app must also follow the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

If you got MuscleFlo from Google Play, your use of the app must also follow the Google Play Terms of Service.

Disclaimer of warranties

MuscleFlo is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DreamsFlo LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any injury, arising from your use of MuscleFlo or the exercises in it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for MuscleFlo in the 12 months before the claim.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, misuse the app or put others at risk. You can stop using MuscleFlo and delete your account at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top of this page, and let you know in the app if the changes are significant. Continuing to use MuscleFlo after an update means you accept the new terms.
