Privacy Policy

Overview

MuscleFlo is a workout app made by DreamsFlo LLC. You pick a body part or follow a weekly plan, and check off each exercise as you go. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

We collect only what we need to run the app. We don't sell your personal information, we don't show ads, and we don't track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Information we collect

When you use MuscleFlo, we collect:

• Account information: your name and email address from Sign in with Apple or Google. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, we receive a private relay address instead.
• Phone number (optional): only if you choose to enter it during sign-up.
• Profile and preferences: your goal, level, where you train, your weekly plan, language and units.
• Body stats (optional): height, age and starting weight, only if you enter them.
• Workouts: the workouts you create or start, the exercises you check off, when you finish them, and personal records.
• Progress: weight and waist entries, notes, and progress photos you add. Progress photos are stored privately and only you can see them.
• Feedback: messages you send us from the app.
• Notification token: if you allow notifications, a device token so we can send them.
• Subscription status: whether you have MuscleFlo Pro, from Apple or Google Play and RevenueCat. We never see or store your payment card details; Apple (on iPhone) or Google Play (on Android) handles payment.

Information kept on your phone

So the app works with no signal, MuscleFlo saves some information on your device: your workouts and plan, the exercise list, your profile, exercises you've checked off in a workout in progress, workouts waiting to sync, and exercise demos you've viewed or that are coming up. Your text size and similar settings are stored on your device only.

MuscleFlo asks for access to your photos or camera only when you add a progress photo, and to your calendar only when you tap Add to Calendar; it adds that one event and does not read your calendar.

How we use your information

• To run MuscleFlo: build your workouts and plan, save your progress and sync it across sessions.
• To show your workouts in your language and at your level.
• To provide MuscleFlo Pro and check your subscription.
• To send notifications you've allowed.
• To answer your messages and support requests.
• To fix bugs and keep the app secure.

Services we use

We share information with these providers only so they can run parts of MuscleFlo for us:

• Supabase: database, sign-in and private photo storage.
• Apple and Google: sign-in, and payments and subscriptions through the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).
• RevenueCat: keeps track of your subscription status.
• Expo: delivers push notifications.
• Resend: sends us internal emails when someone signs up, sends feedback or deletes their account. These emails include that person's name, email and phone number if provided.

Exercise demonstrations come from a licensed exercise library and are delivered from our own servers. No information about you is sent to the library's provider.

We may also share information if required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or DreamsFlo LLC.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep your information while you have an account.

You can delete your account at any time in the app: go to Profile and tap Delete Account. This immediately deletes your sign-in, your workouts, progress entries, personal records, progress photos and feedback. A record with your name, email and phone removed is kept for up to 30 days to help with support and fraud prevention, then deleted.

Internal notification emails we've received (see Resend above) may remain in our mailbox. Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep purchase records under their own policies.

Security

Your information is sent over encrypted connections and protected by access rules so each account can only reach its own data. Progress photos are kept in private storage and shown only through short-lived links. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

MuscleFlo is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can see and change most of your information in the app. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it by emailing aflores@dreamsflo.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we'll honor them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we'll let you know in the app.
