Frequently asked questions
How do I sign in?
MuscleFlo uses Sign in with Apple or Google, so there's no password to remember. On the sign-in screen, tap Continue with iCloud (Apple) or Continue with Gmail (Google). On Android, sign in with Google.
How does MuscleFlo work?
Pick a body part on the Home screen and MuscleFlo builds the workout for you, or answer a short quiz to get a weekly plan. Open the workout, follow the demo for each exercise and tap Mark as Complete. When you're done, tap Finish workout. There are no weights or reps to type in.
Does it work without signal?
Yes. Most gyms have poor reception, so MuscleFlo keeps your workouts on your phone. With no signal you can open your workouts and plan, start a new workout, check exercises off and finish. Everything syncs on its own when you're back online.
Exercise demos you've already seen, plus the ones in your upcoming workouts, are saved on your phone too. Signing in and creating a new plan need a connection.
How do I change my level or where I train?
Go to Profile and pick your Level (Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced) and Where you train (gym, home with dumbbells, or no equipment). New workouts use those settings.
Your weekly plan keeps the place you chose for it in the quiz. To change it, retake the quiz from the Plan screen.
How do I change the language or text size?
In Profile, choose EN or ES for English or Spanish, and pick a text size: Normal, Large or Extra large.
What's included in MuscleFlo Pro?
The free version includes a starter set of exercises for every body part, body-part workouts, the weekly plan and progress tracking. MuscleFlo Pro unlocks the full library of 1,400+ exercises. Pro is available monthly or yearly; the current prices are shown in the app.
Is there a free trial?
New subscribers may be offered a free trial. If one is available, its length and the price after it are shown in the app and on the App Store or Google Play purchase screen before you confirm. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel in the store you subscribed with. iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then MuscleFlo. Android: open the Google Play app, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, then MuscleFlo.
Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
How do I get a refund?
Apple and Google Play handle payments and refunds. If you subscribed on iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you subscribed on Android, request one from your Google Play order history at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory, or email us at aflores@dreamsflo.com.
I paid but don't have Pro
Open the Pro screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to subscribe. Pro also works on your other phone when you sign in to the same MuscleFlo account. If it still doesn't work, email us at aflores@dreamsflo.com.
How do I track my progress?
Open Progress to log your weight and waist, add progress photos and see the trend over time. Your progress photos are private: only you can see them.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile and tap Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, workouts, progress entries and progress photos. If you can't sign in, email us at aflores@dreamsflo.com from the email on your account and we'll delete it for you.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription with Apple or Google Play; cancel it first in your iPhone settings or in the Google Play app.
Is MuscleFlo medical advice?
No. MuscleFlo provides general fitness information. Talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise program, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
